Check currency before depositing
A dollar sign can mean CAD or USD. Confirm the account currency, conversion rate and any costs charged by both the operator and your bank. Do not assume that Canada-facing copy means an account supports Canadian dollars. Check the cashier in your own eligible account.
Deposits and withdrawals are separate questions
A method accepted for deposits may not support withdrawals. Read the minimum and maximum limits in both directions and whether the payment account must be in your own name. We do not guarantee Interac, cards or e-wallet availability for any listed operator.
Allow for more than one processing stage
An operator may review a request before sending it to a payment provider. The provider then has its own transfer time. Identity checks, weekends or incomplete information can add delays. Ask for the total expected journey rather than reading one processing figure as a guarantee.
Verification and privacy
Submit requested documents only through the operator’s authenticated verification channel. Never send card images or identity documents to this website. Keep transaction receipts and a support reference if you need to follow up. Check the operator’s privacy and retention policies before sharing sensitive information.
If a withdrawal stalls
Ask support which stage the request has reached, what information is outstanding and which complaint process applies. Do not deposit again to unlock a payment on the instruction of an unsolicited message. Keep your records and follow the operator’s published dispute process.
